Home Help & Meal Support
A comfortable home and good meals make daily life brighter. We can help with light housekeeping; tidying, washing up, laundry, changing bed linen, wiping surfaces, and keeping everyday tasks manageable. Alongside this, we support simple, nutritious eating that suits your preferences, from planning easy meals and light preparation to heating pre-prepared food and leaving the kitchen tidy afterwards.
It’s about creating an environment that feels ordered, relaxed, and stress-free, so you can enjoy both a homely space and nourishing routines without the pressure of doing it all yourself.
Home Care visits
Our home care visits are designed to bring reassurance, structure, and companionship into your day. Sometimes it’s a quick check-in, making sure all is well, confirming plans, or sharing a few encouraging words. Other times it’s a longer visit with gentle reminders for meals, hydration, hobbies, movement, or medication already set out.
Should you require personal care we will arrange for a trusted, well trained personal assistant who brings the same warmth, reliability, and gentle touch.
Companionship & Befriending
Loneliness lifts when someone familiar pops by for a chat, a cuppa, or a shared activity. Our companions bring warmth, conversation and calm presence reading together, playing board games, doing puzzles, listening to favourite music, or simply keeping you company so the day feels lighter.
